What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, and optionally your email, ZIP code, a description of the job and photos. If you text or call, we get your number and whatever you send.

Like most websites, we also collect basic technical data automatically: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and how you arrived (for example, from an ad or a search). This is done with cookies and similar tools from Google, Meta and Microsoft when they are enabled on this site.

How we use it

• To reply to your request, give you a price and schedule the work.
• To understand which pages and ads bring in customers, so we spend less on the ones that don't.
• To keep the site secure and stop spam.

We do not sell your contact details or the contents of your request. We only text or call you about your job.

Advertising and analytics

This site may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel, Microsoft Advertising and Microsoft Clarity to measure visits and ad results. These services may set cookies and receive information such as pages you view and whether you submitted a request. Under California law, sharing that data for advertising can count as “sharing” personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep job requests and related messages for up to three years for scheduling, warranty questions and records, then delete them.
